Nybyg: Villa i Benahavis Centro, Malaga

This villa is defined by flow, exploring fluid transitions between levels and spaces. The steepness of the plot is transformed into a vertical journey, with terraces layered like platforms overlooking the Mediterranean. Here, architecture follows movement. Internal garden patios introduce natural ventilation and light shafts, acting as thermal chimneys while creating lush internal focal points. As one descends through the villa, framed views shift from mountain contours to open sea, and from sunrise glow to evening reflections. The infinity pool appears suspended over the valley, ‌reinforcing ‌the ‌sense ‌of ‌elevation. Outdoor ‌living ‌areas extend ‌generously, conceived as ‌natural ‌continuations ‌of interior ‌lounges. This ‌villa ‌is immersive, ‌designed not only ‌to ‌be ‌seen, ‌but ‌experienced ‌spatially.
